As the school holidays roll on, and the weather remains cold and miserable, it was a wonderful treat to take Poss and two of her school friends to see Disney on Ice yesterday.
I had worried they might be a bit old, with two seven year olds and a nine year old, but they sucked up every single second, their eyes lighting up as their favourite characters appeared on the ice.
We went a couple of years ago and the show struggled to keep Poss engaged for the whole show, but this time round it was well balanced with great music and wonderful costumes. Of course, there were lots of Princesses, but Buzz and Woody made an appearance, along with a bunch of villains, which was fun to see.

It was such a fun experience, and one that I would highly recommend if you are looking for something to do over the coming weeks (I know it’s in Melbourne at the moment, but will also be in other places over the coming weeks I believe).
Although if you plan to eat or drink or buy anything, be prepared for it to be super expensive, or be smarter than me and pack some snacks for your kids!

God – at least they kept them!! I remember spending upwards of $30 on something plastic for Poss at a Wiggles concert, only to have it break moments after getting home! Grrrrr
