I’d like to say we had a relaxing lead up to Christmas, spending time baking cookies and singing carols, but the reality is that I worked right up until the last moment, and unfortunately for our family Christmas spirit, so did Husband.
In fact, if it wasn’t for the good gods of Internet Shopping, who made it possible for me to do all the gift shopping from my couch in the wee hours of the morning, it would have made for a very sad Christmas indeed.
But where I failed in my parenting festive duties (apparently I’m not a good Christmas Mummy – whoever that mythical creature is), others graciously, and with all our thanks, stepped in and made sure Poss was entertained with a bunch of pre-Christmas activities.
So in this next round of Poss’ Perspectives, here are a handful of the pictures she snapped on her Olympus Tough TG-4 in the week or so leading up to the big day. A pre-Christmas edition of sorts.
You can catch up on the first Poss’ Perspectives post back here.
What did your pre-Christmas period look like? Tell me I’m not the only bad Christmas Mummy?
